My goodwill find

Look what I found at Goodwill today:

We've been trying to teach DD to ride a 16" bike but it's a tad too big for her and she doesn't feel confident on it. Today I stopped by Goodwill and in the rack in front they has this 12" Trek Mystic for $10! It's in beautiful, gently used condition with everything except the training wheels (which we don't need). Perfect for transitioning her to riding a 2 wheel peddle bike and I'm sure I can resell when she's done with it. She's going to flip!

But we didn't find the perfect bike for us, and the one Trek they had, they charges 3x the price of all the other bikes.

I've been meaning to hit the thrift stores because it is a great time of the year to go!

I hate it when thrift stores actually know what they're doing with pricing. I actually expected better today--there were lots of toys but nothing else we needed. Good for my stuff purging I guess.
