I got the $20 on the account that I use - and I ordered quite a bit from them over the holidays. I also got a free 8x8 photo book on the account that I set up in an attempt to be able to use a promotion more than once.

I have 2 shutterfly accuonts with different email addresses. The one I order from all the time NEVER gets coupons. The one I never use ALWAYS gets coupons. So I use the coupons from 1 and order on the other.

I don't get anything. I just signed in and checked my preferences and I only had mail checked, not email. You might want to double-check your preferences and make sure you have email enabled.
