Baby shampoo help, please

I try to use products that get good EWG ratings on the kids. Currently using Yes to Carrots shampoo. Dd, nearly three, hates, hates, hates having her hair washed. Always has. Dh is convinced this is because I don't use a "No More Tears" shampoo and basically thinks I am torturing her.

Is there a "No More Tears" type shampoo that also gets good EWG ratings? Mor something that is so mild I can convince him it doesn't sting?

Ava Andersson is awesome. i just use the regular shampoo/conditioner on everyone, but my sister loves their baby shampoo too.

We use Burts Bees fragrance free and I think it ticks both of those boxes but I haven't looked it up in a while.

Same here but I'm ok with the fragrance one. Smells of honye and it's tear free and both DD's love it.
