DS1 vomiting now. Keep DS2 home from school?

DS2 has zero symptoms. But he's only in K so attendance isn't a huge deal since he's really missing very little. Frankly, I would prefer it if he DID go in today--allowing the rest of us time to rest. (Baby, sick 9yo and very tired mama).

I'm also not entirely sure that DS1 is truly ill and not just having some side effects from elevated blood sugars and ketones (this is a true "which came first" chicken-egg scenario).

Any reason to keep him home?

Thanks for weighing in. I have to talk to all the other moms at drop off. I was wondering if it would be weird (they'll see DS1 there) to mention that we've potentially got the stomach bug at our home--and DS2 will be at school. That makes me think of another question...

If he is fine, I would send him and lessen his exposure to the sick germs at home.
