P&PT, please - for my kitty

My cat isn't keeping food down. She's throwing up whitish/yellowish foam and she has had diarhea. She's always our hair-bally cat so I wasn't that concerned when it started, but last night I realized I hadn't seen her in the laundry room eating her food, and the foamy thing started. I tried to offer her fresh water, wet cat food mixed with extra water...she was having none of it. I syringe-fed her some of the water/broth from the cat food. Later she threw it ALL up overnight.

We don't have a vet here yet and as soon as places open this morning I'll be seeking out an appointment, but I'm scared. This doesn't seem good. She's almost 11.
