I have to make two desserts in the next few days. Any good recipes?

This recipe is easy and tastes good. You can top them with a sprinkle of powdered sugar if you want to avoid frosting, or drizzle with almond milk/powdered sugar mixed together if nuts are okay.

Any of your favorite "from scratch" recipes can usually be made dairy/soy free by using a different milk alternative, such as coconut or almond milk. I've tried several of the recipes at www.artofdessert.com (http://www.artofdessert.com) with a lot of luck. HTH!

Thanks, ladies! I have actually been dairy free for about 2 years and have never really made many DF desserts. I've always done pies/crisps with oil or vegetable shortening, and that's about it, so I'm excited to try these!
