Where to get Expedit-like bookshelf?

I'm looking for a bookshelf and I would really like the Expedit- except we live 5 hrs from IKEA :( and on amazon and Ebay they want like $70+to ship them to me. This is for my daughter's room for her books, picture frames, etc. I would like one that isn't particle board but nothing too extravagant- she's 6! Does anyone have a recommendation for something that would be similar that I could get either on Amazon or at Target, etc.?

I was originally thinking white, but now that I've looked more I'm ok with black or brown. We're re-doing her room with hot pink walls and she got a zebra print comforter for Christmas. Her bed and dresser are a medium stain wood.

I think I have this in my son's room, is this the particle board one? The one you can add cubes too or is there a different version? It's OK for his books, but I don't love it and hasn't held up all that well. I'll have the check if there's a wood version there, because that would be much better!

I saw this one at Home Depot recently. I don't have it, so I can't comment on the quality or sturdiness. It is particle board but just wanted to let you know about it, if you have a Home Depot nearby and want to take a look...

Have you tried looking at furniture stores in your area? There's an unfinished furniture store here that sells something similar and it's definitely made with real wood. That said, it might not be cheaper than ordering an Expedit + shipping.
