Plastic figurines! My almost 2 year old DS has small dinosaurs, very cheap, and loves loves loves giving them a bath every night. He puts them in the tub looks for them in the water, pretends to clean them. Weird, as not a dedicated bath toy (and yet still a toy) but awesome!

I just got DS some of the foam stickers for the bath tub. Target had some on clearance. He loves them. The stacking cups have always been a huge hit. He also has a sand toy that you can get at Target for a few dollars. It is has a funnel on top and sifter on the bottom. In the middle is a water wheel.

We have most of the Boon ducks and the Skip Hop bath toys. DD's favorite is the Green Toys' tugboat. We will soon be adding their submarine to our bath toy collection.

Another vote for the Green Toys tugboat - that is the current favorite. He also loves playing with a funnel that I got from the kitchen section at Ikea, and small scoops recycled from infant formula containers.

DD has a wind-up frog with legs that move. I bought it in the summer toy/pool aisle at Target.
