At the kid level. DD has a ton of things she'd made, mostly out of paper, that she wants to keep. She's pretty good at going through and getting rid of scraps and things she's no longer interested in, but has a pile of projects to keep. Many are 3D, so don't really go in an art portfolio. She does keep drawings in the portfolio. But, I'm stuck on how to minimize the pile of paper all over her room. I want it to be neater, but still easy for her to find the thing she wants. I'm thinking maybe the clear scrapbook totes would work. Not a ton would fit into each, and they're stackable and latch shut. But, other ideas?

What about one of the under the bed boxes they make to store sweaters/blankets? I buy something similar every other year for each of my DC for their special papers, art projects, etc. Like this http://www.target.com/p/sterilite-storage-box-set-of-6-green-blue-41-qt/-/A-13487528?reco=Rec|pdp|13487528|ClickCP|item_page.v ertical_1&lnk=Rec|pdp|ClickCP|item_page.vertical_1 (but not 6 of them!) or this http://www.target.com/p/sterilite-large-clip-box-green-set-of-6/-/A-14010911?reco=Rec|pdp|14010911|ClickCP|item_page.v ertical_1&lnk=Rec|pdp|ClickCP|item_page.vertical_1.
