Just made some yummy pecans and thought you might like to try.
I baked 1 1/2 cups raw pecan halves at 375 degrees on a rimmed baking sheet for 12 minutes.
I put them in a bowl, drizzled with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and then tossed with 1 tsp. of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. sea salt and 2 packets of truvia (or 4 tsp. of sugar).
I let them cool and dry on the pan.

Yum.
I've heard pecans are a great addition to monkey bread - this kinda sounds like monkey bread without the bread!

Thanks! My mom makes some spiced pecans, but she uses splenda in it, so I have never tried her recipe. Thanks for including the sugar version.

Wow, that sounds great, esp. With the Truvia instead of sugar. I love sweet/ salty combo.

Also, I wonder if Kerrygold butter would taste even better an
Evoo?
