Slow youtube on Mac devices

This is REALLY getting to me. I got a new Comcast modem, and it's still happening..

The youtube videos are horribly slow, keep rebooting. It's happening on all our devices (all Apple). Is anyone else experiencing this?

I saw some potential solutions online but it's confusing to me.

I do on my iPad but I just thought it was an iPad thing. It is very annoying. I haven't tried YouTube on my MacBook lately.

I figured it out! It was our Comcast network - I had to power off everything (modem, router, devices) and now it's working. phew.
