Anyone regret their Miele?

I love mine, the only con is the price of the bags. I feel that I have to change it once a month.

Nope, not a bit, ever. My mom's had hers 12 years - and it was a handmedown! I also have three other friends with them (at least 5 years now) and we still mention how we love them. :)

Nope. Love mine, years later! I switched from a Dyson, which I hated with a passion.

I like mine too. I don't feel like I have to change my bags frequently at all. My house is hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. We don't have any pets, so maybe that makes a difference. We use a shop-vac to pick up large debris (from contractor work and giant messes), and we use the Miele for everyday cleaning.

I have the Callisto which is black--DH nicknames is Darth Vader bc he is a Star Wars fan :p
