eBay Bucks rewards program

I've been buying more and more used clothing on eBay for DD and just noticed that they have a rewards program which gives you 2% back on most purchases. Is anyone signed up for it? Does it work well? I'm mostly interested in whether the accumulated rewards certificates can be used on auction items, or only on buy it now items? TIA!

It's free to join and you can use the eBay bucks on any item purchased during the redemption period. It just subtracts the bucks from your total and you pay the rest via PayPal.

You can use them on anything. It automatically gets applied to your purchases on check out until they're gone.
