Best eye cream for dry eyelids

My eye lids get crazy dry this time of year and I can't find an eye cream to help.

Any recommendations?

I've used Lancome with zero success to date.

Shishiedo makes an eye cream called Benefiance that is very thick and moisturizing. I use that, but I dont have overly dry eyelids. But I would suggest it.

I used to get cracked eyelids sometimes, mostly due to eating tomatoes (!) and the best thing I ever found for them was a very light coating of Aquaphor.

You're not going to like my answer, but my friend who struggles with this can only use Le Mer.

I have dry raw itchy eyelids from time to time and a few days of cerave cream works wonders (at night, it's too thick to wear under makeup)

Are you sure it isn't something like eczema? I have to use a steroid cream on my eyelid (prescribed by my Dr.).
