For those of you that take ACV, how much do you take? And is it safe to take while pregnant?

I've been putting off taking an antibiotic for sinus infection, but its at the point where I can't cope anymore so I bit the bullet. Problem is I'm prone to yeast infections and will no doubt get one while on the antibiotic. So I'd like to take ACV to up the acidity in my system and hopefully prevent a yeast infection. So can I drink it while pregnant? I'm 26 weeks. Also, how much? Any advice is appreciated!

I take several teaspoons every couple hours if I am bad off but I haven't a clue about pregnancy. I would think it s much safer than anything else they would give you but you would have to ask your dr.

I'm interested in this too. How does ACV help- and what ailments is it good to take for?

Just make sure you are buying organic raw ACV. This one gets good reviews

I use Braggs.
I posted this recipe in the cooking forum but this is how I get my kids (and even DH will drink it) to drink it. They asked for me to put it in their school lunches.
