The recipe list on WW Online is missing a key ingredient - the oatmeal!

Does anyone know how much oatmeal should be used?

Cranberry-Maple Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Cooking Time: 6 min
Level of Difficulty: Easy

Simply stir the ingredients together before bed time and wake up to a comforting bowl of creamy, filling oats.

Ingredients
8 cup(s) Water
¾ cup(s) Cranberries, dried, chopped
½ cup(s) Syrup, maple
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
½ tsp Salt, table
3 Tbsp Almonds, slivered, toasted

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low power for 4 to 6 hours, depending on desired creaminess. Stir well to combine and then sprinkle with almonds. Yields about 3/4 cup oatmeal and 1 teaspoon almonds per serving.

That looks very similar to Good Eats Overnight Oatmeal, and that uses 1 cup of steel cut oats to 4.5 cups of liquid (4 cups water & 1/2 cup half-and-half):

Based on that, for 8 cups of liquid, I'd use 1.5 to 2 cups of steel cut oats.
