My first keep or toss???

DH or I left the milk out last night...over night BUT it is rice milk. The kind that is shelf stable.

It says to refrigerate after opening.

I sniffed it this morning. It smelled fine...or like rice milk anyway. I tasted a bit and it tasted fine. It has been several hours and I feel totally fine.

I put it back in the fridge this morning when I left figuring I could decide tonight.

As long as it smells and tastes fine, I'd keep it. And use it up quickly.

It's probably fine today, but I would not expect it to last long. Use it up today or toss, IMO.

I suppose that makes sense. Thankfully they come in quarts, only....but it was nearly full. Should be easy enough to use fairly quickly.
