How to create a 10x7 ad

I want to place a congratulatory ad in a yearbook and it has to fit a 10" height x 7" width space. The ad will be pictures and text.

I contacted Shutterfly and they cannot do a 10x7 collage. They do have a 8x10 collage size.

Is my best bet to do a 8x10 at Shutterfly and try not to put anything within one-half inch of the borders?

Any suggestions?

I know you can make collages in Picasa (free google photo software) and I think you can specify whatever size you want.

You could download a free trial of photoshop.

If you have a mac, use keynote. If you have a pc use power point. We used them to make large academic posters of varying dimensions.
