Best price for People subscription?

I would like to renew through OP's suggested website, but I notice that there is no where to indicate on the order form whether the order is a renewal or a new subscription. My subscription expires in the fall, but I want to renew now in advance. Will they know to just tack on the order as a renewal or will they just start the subscription now?
