This is a GREAT deal! I bought three -- putting two away for birthday party gifts as they come up.

I got a superhero set at X-Mas time for $21 and thought that was a good deal when I bought it.

The only thing is in these $10.50 sets, the capes appear to have nothing on the back -- no superhero symbol. (The "American Hero" set I got at x-mas had a star on the back. Wish I'd waited and just gotten it at this price even without the symbol.)
