View Full Version : Good quality digging toys?

Looking for some decent quality toys to dig in the dirt, sand etc. Ones that won't break the second time we use them. Hand scoop, pail, etc.

Love my green toys sets. They have held up great in sand and snow :-)

I definitely agree. Spielstabil is great and has really creative sand toys. Ours have lasted through 3 boys and are now being used by DS4.

they have this at our local children's museum and DS loves it. I got one on clearance at garnet hill a couple of months ago but I am waiting for spring to give it to him.

We got one of these too - haven't used it yet but it feels super sturdy.

Also agree with PPs recommendation if Spielstabil.

And on a cheaper note, we got a short handled plastic scooper from IKEA when DS was a baby and that thing is still going strong.

every kid i know and all the kids at our local playground positively swoon over our green toys green sandbucket.

nevermind that it came with "tools" --its the bucket that's the shizz :)

but the tools are VERY sturdy as well. got ours on sale- but i'd say it's one thing that is worth spending more on. i HATE cheap sandshovels!
