Toys for very active two year olds

Any balance board recommendations? Other toys for very active boy...we live in apartment so can't be too big. He is extremely agile...walked at eight months and crawled out of the crib at 14 months. we dont want to get a trampoline. Thank you

It's rated 3 and up but she was able to do it. I only paid $10 for it, not sure I would have gotten it at it's current price. She goes on it every once in awhile but it's not one of her favorites.
