Has anybody gotten an email or offer for Gap F&F sale. I believe it starts this week (apparently some people have gotten emails about it), but I haven't gotten any information or offers in my email, and the sales associate was tight lipped when I was in the store last week. I have always gotten discounts in the past, and do much of my shopping (for myself and the boys) there. Apparently they no longer consider me a friend.

I did get an email from my local Banana Republic, that if I was among the first 100 customers to respond I would get their F&F discount of 50% off up to five items in store (not including the new Mad Men line).

My store was "tight lipped" too. The SA told me she didn't have any invites when I asked. I know the past year or so they were only emailing cardholders and last time I know several who didn't get a code despite being silver card holders (me included).
If you're on FB, I'd "like" your local Gap stores page and check it in the next few days to see if they post anything. I know they sometimes post a copy of the generic in-store code/invite.

The SA at our Gap gave us 40% off invites last night, dates are the 14th through the 17th. She also said they'd be getting a bunch of new stuff in on Wednesday (tomorrow). I'm not a cardholder and didn't buy anything last night, so was surprised she gave me one.

There is an online code on mine, but it doesn't say anything about Old Navy, just about all of the Gap stores (Gap, GapBody, GapKids, babyGap, Gap Outlet, Gap Factory Store, online).

If I don't use it I will post back this weekend.

I didn't get any email either and I get tons from gap and old navy...weird. Well if anyone has an extra 40 they aren't using I would love one as well! I'll remove this if I end up getting an email though or I'll share if someone has already gave me a code. TIA!

FYI. I got the email with the one time use code today (it says it's single use online, but you can use it multiple times in stores). But I just placed 2 separate orders with the same code.

We have a Silver card too. I have one and DH has one. The F&F emails go to his email account. Probably because he was the main person that applied for the card?

There is a great striped LS t-shirt I can't find on line. It's two layers, so the drape is very flattering over bigger bust and bigger belly. Either grey/cream stripe or Navy/cream stripe. Cutest heart shapped elbow patches (Mini-Bodenesque)

FINALLY Gap is out of it's tissue thin Tshirts that cling to the belly. Those are terrible on me, and a large part of why I've been avoiding GapAdults for years. Yea!!

I also recently bought some gingham printed shorts from Old Navy (regular women's size 2). When I wore those, DH said the leg opening looks big on me and I agree. The leg opening on the Gap kids one looks better on me, it's a bit slimmer (but not tight at all), just more streamlined looking.

I've only recently been looking at kids clothes again because I lost a lot of weight. The last time I shopped for kids sized things was in college. Mini Boden has some nice things too. I think I'm a size 16 for the pants there.

This is where I found out about the Gap kids polka dot shorts. I was looking at her facebook page and she had tried them on in the store.

I really like when she explains why something doesn't fit well and shows how it fits after she makes the alterations. I've been inspired by her and I have a few shirts and maybe a knit skirt that I want to try and tailor myself.
