I loved veggie burgers. Is there a black bean option that wouldn't have soy? Or is homemade the only option?
Didn't find black bean but did find a GF, SF Amy's version. Anyone tried it?

There are also quite a few make-at-home versions. I made a really good one from Cooking Light recently. I was amazed at how yummy it was, although I made the grains/legumes in advance during DD's nap.
These Lentil-Barley Burgers are fabulous!

You could sub in gluten-free "breadcrumbs" for the panko. I'm sure even crunched up brown rice crackers or Mary's Gone crackers would be a fabulous, easy substitution. We made the fruit salsa, which was far from fiery, but 2.5yo DD liked it, too! We did them in a cast-iron skillet for extra iron.
These are also super yummy. My DD eats a varied diet, but she doesn't like mushrooms anymore and had no idea they were in these.

I like the Costco ones. They taste different from the others I have had - at least in my opinion.
We also love quinoa burgers! I make up my own recipe but there are several blog versions.
Cooked quinoa, grated veggies, spring onions, eggs and grated cheese are what go into my burgers.
