The easiest way is to download the Amazon Cloud Player app and the songs should appear in the cloud (you must log in to the Cloud Player from the same account you purchased the songs). If you click on the song/album they will download to the iPod. Or in Amazon you should be able to transfer to iTunes on your computer (it asked me if I always want to do that and I said yes, so it does it automatically). Then sync the iPod to iTunes as usual.
