s/o electronic calendar

My DH has an android and uses outlook calendar for work. I have an iPhone. What electronic calendar do you recommend? How do you sync the personal calendar with DH's work calendar? What do I need for my iPhone?

Right now we are using Cozi, but I don't have it synced with his outlook. Wonder if there's a better option out there?

I use google calendar and there is a way to sync to Outlook, if his work gives him permission.

I don't want my husband's work junk on my calendar, and he doesn't want mine. We each have our own calendar's and "invite" each other to stuff. That way if it changes we are better notified, as a bonus.

With Google (on their site), I can toggle his calendar on and off so I CAN see it for scheduling purposes, but I really just don't want his stuff cluttering up my already cluttered calendar. :)
