This is yummy, and I do not like mushrooms so don't be afraid of the name! ;)

Pork Chops & Mushrooms

4 boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick (I'm sure bone in would work too)
2 medium onions, sliced
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (I skip this)
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell Golden Mushroom Soup

Put chops in greased slow cooker. Top with onions and mushrooms. Combine water, soup and soup mix and pour over top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

I usually make mashed potatoes with it.

We love this one, the combo sounds bizarre but it is really good!

I don't like mushrooms, but I like their flavor. We usually also toss in some fresh sliced mushrooms for DH because he loves mushrooms.
