They're mostly TTS. The tanks sometimes run wide in the chest & occasionally you'll get a dress that runs longer or shorter than it should (quality control). A size 4 should be a good fit on your DD. :) (There is a huge jump between sz 4 and sz 5/6).

I've never had them deduct the $10 GC, but I make my returns sporadically (like several months later). They do seem to be more synced with the web orders now than they were a year ago so maby they are tracking it now.
