I heard part of it yesterday. It was very interesting. I was going to try and find the link as well to post here. In an ideal world all employers would have more than just an acceptance plan in place. I would have been much more excited about pumping at work had we had a nice room specifically for pumping vs. the small women's locker room or one of the conference rooms with uncomfy office chairs. Kudos to my co workers who were able to do it; I found the idea quite daunting. I was super thankful for living in a city where there was a Nordstrom because they had a nice sitting room. Even once at Hanna Andersson the SA opened up a fitting room (and they have nice large fitting rooms) to nurse in.
