I've found so many good recipes on this forum, I thought I'd share one that I found the other day that worked great. For the DD who does not like spicy, I took a scoop of sauce before adding the buffalo sauce and baked her a mini mac n cheese.
For the chicken, I used frozen chicken patties, half-microwaved and cut into strips. Topped with lots of fresh cherry tomatoes, halved, and chives.
Everyone loved it and it was as easy as mac n cheese.
