Does Kohls ever have free shopping for < $100?

I'm not an avid kohls shopper but need to get a gift off of a registry there- it's not coming to me so I can't shop around to find other things I need to meet te shopping limit. I really didn't want to spend more than $30 on the gift but $8 shipping really leaves me with not great gift options.

I don't know if there is one close by - and it is a pain - but you can always buy more items and just return the excess. (So you can get the FS), over $75 I think.

OH, forgot to mention -- if you go into the store, they have a Kiosk at the Customer Service desk, you can order items from there and have it shipped wherever and it is FREE shipping!

I remember last time I used Kohl's Cash there they had free shipping no minimum, but it was around the holidays. I don't know how often they do that.
