I've always ignored the whole "microwave cake in a mug" thing because chocolate cake is not my favorite. (Is that sacrilegious?)
But this delicious-looking "cinnamon roll" version (http://www.cookingclassy.com/2012/03/cinnamon-roll-mug-cake-made-in-3-minutes/) just popped up on my Pinterest feed, and suddenly I had to have yummy cinnamon cakey goodness!
So, so good.
Baby seems to have liked it, too, so four thumbs up!
