You call and a sales associate sees if they have the things you want and rings you up. Shipping is the same. It can take a while and sometimes they'd re too busy during the sale and won't take phone orders--at least the first day. Sometimes they will put things on hold for you the day before and ring them up and ship them after the sale starts.

Yes. You call and say you'd like to place a phone order. Then you tell them what you are interested in and the sizes. The sales associate puts you on hold and goes around the store looking for what you asked for and comes back to the phone to describe what she found (IME they don't use the catalog names for patterns, they say things like pink with blue flowers) and give you prices. You decide what to buy, she rings you up while you are in the phone, then runs your credit card. They ship your stuff out at HA's usual, high, shipping rate.

I was thinking of heading to the outlets anyway...I had forgotten there was a Hanna outlet until I went with my aunt the other week. And the walking around helps with my step count...even if it hurts my wallet!

I couldn't resist $5 PDs. I called IN and got the last striped size 90 (pink/green stripes) and another in 110 (yellow/orange) for DD2 and hipsters in M for DD1 which we needed ($12).

I didn't get a ton and one thing I didn't realize wasn't on sale (oops):

And it looks like one of the dresses was a 130 instead of 110 or 120. Again, oops.

The Wrentham, MA store seemed to have a fair amount, except for bathing suits. But I don't know what a good amount of stuff is! They weren't too busy either.

Yes, I think they do. I'm pretty sure i got one in 90. The pink dots was the only one that she didn't have in all of the sizes i was asking about (80-110). I called about 10 mins after they opened this morning. I don't recall if they are central or eastern time but if its central they are just getting past the lunch hour now so maybe they will answer their phone if there is a lull in the afternoon. Good luck getting through.

Kittery had the yellow/orange in 90 if you want to try there. They had all the colors in stock in 90.

They also had the Playing Favorites Tunic Dress (pink dot and white dot mostly) at WA for $10. I was tempted by the white (because in the others the color is printed all over on a white material) but ended up passing.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Just called WA right now at 3:35 CST and placed a $25 order ($33-something w/ tax and shipping). I asked for playdresses in 110/120 and matching shorts if there were any. Ended up with one 120 dress (blue dots I think?) and she had the 110 size in all 3 color dots. I believe they only had shorts in sizes 90 and under that matched the dresses. So I got the 4 dresses and asked for anything else for $5 to maximize my shipping (for $25 and under). I also asked for boys 140 on up for my son but the only thing she offered was a basic (no pocket) twill pair of shorts (neutral tan I think?). I passed on that and the girls' tanks and ended up going w/ a print pair of bike shorts in 120. Think they are the floral pair but not sure what colors. She had those shorts in 110/120 for $5/pair.

I just hung up with WA. I got 2 PDs in 110 (the blue/purple/white polka dots and stripe ones) with matching solid blue bike shorts and 1 PD size 100 solid blue. All for $25, $33.xx including shipping and taxes. Thanks OP, this was a sweet deal on PDs!

They were the same price last spring, and that was where my kids started wearing LOTS of Hanna. An SA at Williamsburg told me last summer that there was no chance they'd ever be this cheap again, so I'm extra excited to see this deal.

Even better, both of my girls still fit into last year's bike shorts, so the fact that I couldn't get matching shorts this year isn't such a big deal. The colors won't match exactly, but they'll be close enough for the playground.

I was going to skip this but those yellow dot playdresses were calling me. I just got off the phone with Wrentham (the SA was so unhelpful - it was like pulling teeth). I ended up stocking up on 3 yellow dot playdresses in 110 (no sizes over that) and two necklaces (pink and green). She had pink biker shorts that were a close match to the playdresses but for $10 I was feeling pretty frugal after the dresses so I just stuck to playdresses for $26 shipped.

EDIT: they had printed tanks (blue I think) $5, but nothing over 110.

Thanks for posting about the tunic dresses! I was so happy to get a bunch of $5 PDs on the first order that I forgot to ask about any other dresses that might be on sale. I just placed a second order from WA. Super nice and very helpful, same as Wrentham. And they had their matching bike shorts for $5 also! They only had size 80 left, but that is the size my little one wears right now so I was happy. They had all three colors.

Aahhh so sad to say this but DD seems to be outgrowing the playdresses. She rarely wears dresses anymore! It's all jeans and tops now.

I remember when DD was little I was in the Wrentham outlet and another mom I saw there assured me that the day would come when DD would wear something other than pink twirly dresses! And now it's come and I am so sad.

Was at Georgia today and no PD bigger than 80. Lots of bike shorts. Also they had the Capri pants that look identical to this year's in pink and grey for $14. These are this years, which they also had but only 30% off $38. So be sure to ask them to find last year's pink and last year's grey to get them for $14. They were hanging with this year's in the Georgia store.

Just wanted to say thanks to all of the ladies on this board. I've read these Hanna threads in the past but this was the first time I jumped in and placed a phone order. I got my first order from Washington and am so happy! I am waiting on a second order from Michigan City. I got lots in 80/90/100, but think I jumped in too late for the 110/120 sizes.

If anyone tracks down the opposite stripe bik shorts in yellow stripe 110/120 or the turquoise stripe in 100 please let me know.

When I tried size 80 PD on YDD and it fitted perfect so I ordered a few of the 80s but when I put it on her its too short:cry: I guess she had a growth spurt!! Now none of the outlets have any 90s except for the special make which I don't care for. Oh well.

Bummer! If you are looking to unload some of your 80s, PM me. I had the same scenario with DD2 but with 70s. They fit, but so do the 80s, and I would love to get more wear out of them, especially b/c DD1 and DD2 can both wear an 80 (even thought they're over 2 years apart :shrug:).
