I bought a chia seed drink today (Mamma Chia) and it was $$ but i loved it so in my quest to learn how to make these drinks at home I found this www.lexieskitchen.com/lexies_kitchen/2011/2/8/meet-mr-chia.html
and then I hit the jackpot www.lexieskitchen.com/lexies_kitchen/2012/1/26/cherry-lime-chia-fresca.html and then I found this one www.ohsheglows.com/2013/03/01/chia-fresca-a-natural-energy-drink/

To your health!

We've used them before in a mix of unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, and stevia. It makes something kind of like a pudding. The soft chia texture makes it a bit tapioca-essque.

Thanks! I've been putting chia seeds into my smoothies lately, but have no idea what I'm doing, LOL. Will check out your links!

I have this overnight oats with chia seeds for breakfast most mornings. I swap out other kinds of fruit butters for the pumpkin butter (right now fig butter from TJ's is my favorite). I'm sure jam or honey or any other kind of sweetener would work as well. Also, I use almonds instead of pepitas. In other words, it's a very flexible recipe!

I haven't tried this, but it looks tasty.
