MFP: new "names" thread

Am in serious need of encouragement and motivation on MFP. I was having a hard time over the passover holiday, but I was doing so well before that. I need some friends on it to help keep me on track.

I am trying to get onboard at MFP but how do you friend people? I see where you can friend people through facebook or email. I'm jezziemapuche.
I figured it out! I hope I can get back into the swing of things. The eating has been out of control and my metabolism has slowed waaaaay down the last year.

I cant keep track of who is who, but I will friend some of you later on.

When you hit "invite friends via email"-- it gives you an option to put in their MFP user name.

Thanks ladies! I originally signed on last year (and then gained 5 more pounds!) and never used it. Seeing how much you all love it (and that scale that is going the wrong way!) has been the catalyst to get on there.
Plus, what an inspiration you all are!
