Has anyone tried this or know someone who has? My weight loss has been stalled for 8 months now and I am needing something to jump start it again. I am feeling desperate.

No BTDT, but I was wondering the same thing. I am scared to try it without knowing someone who has!

Two of my coworkers tried it, and it worked for each of them. I believe one lost 10lbs, and one lost more than 20lbs.

They said the big thing with it is that every single bite needs the shake on it. They said it doesn't change the taste.

I think what seemed most "unknown" about it is that it's not just a short fix. You use the level 1 for several weeks (1-2 months, I think), then level 2 for a while, etc.

Are you enough overweight to use Alli? Together with exercise, I've had some success with it. I like that it's FDA tested/approved.
