Any good free kid's apps right now? drawing/games/etc

I just got a hand-me-down ipad 1 and want to put some apps on it. I know lots of them don't work on that generation, but was hoping to find some for it (for the preschool set). Anyone seen any good free ones lately?

They have free app Friday. I can post the link on friday if you want. I liked them on facebook. So I always remember to see what they have.

I was just going to mention this. many app developers are running deals this month for autism awareness month--some of the apps are more applicable to kids with special needs, but most would have wide appeal. Some are just discounted.
