I found Pacific brand soups cream of mushroom (or chicken) condensed soups and they are great! I usually make a white sauce when I want to do a casserole b/c the ingredient list in normal condensed soup just isn't my favorite. But, that Pacific stuff is a nice compromise for when I don't feel like making a white sauce. Sure, homemade is better but this fits the bill for some of my occasional needs. Works great in crockpot recipes. It comes in a box and they sell at it Target and Whole Foods (prob. other places too :)). That's my thumbs up for the day.

Have you found anything great lately?

Trader Joes in my area keeps that brand of soups as does most major stores.

Target has large bags of frozen fruit for $7.99-9.99 per variety. Not as cheap as Costco, but a little more convenient.

I bought some kale and I really like it in smoothies and DD2 liked it raw as well.

I am liking the Arbonne skin care samples my aunt sent and thankfully I think she will be low pressure in regards to hosting something or buying. I will buy what I am happy with and what is in my budget. I like the RE9 serum, and the RE9 eye cream. I like the FC5 cleansers.

I finally got a Clarisonic Mia almost a month ago and I really like it.

My new Kenmore Elite dishwasher, it is super quiet!

I am sure I will think of more as the day or this post goes on.

Trader Joe's has a new cooking spray made out of coconut oil (like Pam). It works perfectly and I haven't noticed any flavor. :-)

I ran out of face cream and have been using cocnut oil, for the last month. With our current house temperatures, it is solid, so I have to scrape it out, with the back of my thumb nail. I bad it on a few spots and it melts quickly. Trader Joe's sells a small jar, Costco sells a big one.

My new love is the Electrolux Ergo Rapido from Costco. My BFF had been trying to convince me to get it for ages & I finally did. It is awesome. It's this nifty little stick vac that basically does what a broom & dust pan do but one handed& in a second. The best part is that my kids love doing it so my floors are getting cleaned quite frequently! My 1 yo is obsessed with it & begs you to ergo while holding him!
Seriously, if you have hardwood floors you need an ergo.

We have an area rug under the kitchen table and it gets filthy. I had been using a broom and dust pan but of course it doest work on the rug. Would the Ergo be good for that?

Hey we just bought an ergo too! I love it. Yes, I use it on rugs for quick jobs even though it is not really intended for that.

Ugh. I think I'm going to have to go buy this. I don't have any carpet in my house and I'm tired of sweeping. This could definitely solve my problem. It will be another $100+ visit to Costco.

I have the Ergo Rapido too and I like it but I don't think it's worth $100. I only paid $50 because I got it as an Amazon lightening deal.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter, in pink truffle. A true mix, to me, of a lipstick and a balm, with just enough sheer color to wear alone during the day at work.

OXO wooden spoons, in medium and large. I'm a huge wooden spoon fan when cooking, and these are the best I've ever had. The shape of the spoon part is great, more substantial and rounded than my W/S spoons, and they just have a good feel in the hand.

Williams-Sonoma half sheet pans. Got two for Christmas (with the spoons; yes, I asked for them, and yes, I'm a dork :)), and have no idea why I've gone this long with just cookie sheets.

Merrell Lorelei Twine sneakers. I have raspberry, but may get another color sometime, because they're really comfy and cute, IMHO. Love the green tea color.

Love the Hoover Linx way better than the Ergorapido which I'm about to return to Costco. Learned about the Linx here last Christmas and I use it everyday. Look at the many 5 star reviews. It has a brush on/off switch so it can easily be used on hardwood and rug (which is 2/3 of my house) and the suction is powerful with a much bigger capacity and easier dump feature than the Ergorapido. I have a separate Black and Decker handheld vacuum that I use for touch ups and tight spaces.

I got mine for around $120 on Amazon.

Forgot my new favorite kitchen tool:

Love it! I can use it to brown meat in a non stick pan or other pan I worry about scratching. Love that it can stand on it's own too. Super versatile and handy!

I have been using doTERRA essential oils to improve our family's health in the past month and I am totally in love with it. They have been so effective and they aren't chemically ridden. I've been using a combo of lemon/lavender/peppermint instead of taking zyrtec for my allergies and it works very well, w/o the side effects that I've had with zyrtec. This says a lot, coming from someone who has suffered allergies all my life, with them being so bad when I was a child, that I could not participate in outdoor recess as a child. I also finally kicked a nagging cough that I couldn't seem to kick all winter long by using their On Guard blend. Love that stuff! It is great immune support, I am almost finished with my little 5ml bottle of it and will definitely get a 15ml bottle ready to go prior to the next start of the school year. The Digestzen blend really helped last Friday when I got food poisoning from eating out, and it's one that I definitely think we will use often in our family for any tummy troubles that anyone encounters. Oh and the biggie for me is that for the first time in over 20 yrs, I didn't have a horribly heavy (TMI- during my heavy days, I have to empty my diva cup once an hour or it leaks), crampy AF. However, I'm not sure which oil it was that helped with that, lol. The Deep Blue blend has really been helping a lot with some aches I've been having in my hands too. I know I sound like an infomercial right now, but this stuff is so great, I wish I would have discovered it yrs ago. I signed up to get their wholesale prices and share my discount with some of my friends locally. It has been a great experience so far and I have a long wish list of other oils that I really want to try, I'm so hooked on it and love learning more about all of the different oils.

Oh and I finally found a soft dog toy that doesn't get destroyed in less than 5 minutes by my dorkie. He loves dog toys, esp soft ones, but omg, he shreds them into pieces in less than 5 minutes. There is a brand called, "Tuffy" and they claim to make one of the strongest dog toys. It is the only soft dog toy he has so far that he hasn't destroyed. I plan to get more for him!

My kids like that stuff too. I bought a few packs at a substantial discount a # of years ago through a co-op and it has provided a lot of fun.
