Need company rec for redoing yard in Cleveland

I'm not sure what the technical term is for digging up and reseeding our yard... But, that is what we want to do! Does anyone have any recommendations for a company that does good and fast work and isn't crazy expensive???

We use a gardener, but he is a one man biz and doesn't have much equipment for such a job.

I'm not sure what you would call that but when we were looking for a reputable company when we insulated our house we signed up for Angie's List. Best membership I have ever paid for, I think.
