I don't think you can use it online, but most Kohls around me let me use expired Kohls Cash in store. Call around and hopefully they'll let you!

My store always takes expired Kohls cash. They really do have good customer service there. I ask on my way in and then make sure I go to the cashier who told me yes when I check out.

if it makes you feel better i forgot to use my $10 LL Bean gift card ...twice. They were firm and did not make an exception, ouch. In my defense one time it was actually DH's .

Expired Kohls cash is still good for a while after the actual expiration. I've used it about 4 weeks after expiration several times with no questions at all (at the cashier and the customer service desk).

If you are in CA it can't expire.
