I recommend sittercity. You can post a job and sitters apply. Some have background checks, reviews, etc. highly recommend!

We use the babysitting service at the Pro Club if we need a sitter.

We used www.seekingsittersseattleeastside.com several times. It isn't cheap but it was hassle-free and it was fine for our infant-toddler daughter.

Our nanny is probably available. And I do have a couple of sitters we usually use. PM me with the days you need care and ages of the children if interested.
