Saw today at my Wegmans that they've reformulated all of their sunscreens to be free of paraben, oxybenzone, and retinal palimate. I wonder how these will rate out. The old formulas were a 5 on EWG. They have sport, kid, baby and spray versions.

I picked it up the other day in the store to look at it, and it still has avobenzone! Even the baby version! Ugh! Still a no-go in my book. When I saw the bottle of "baby" sunscreen and "free of XYZ" I was hoping it would be purely (or at least mostly) physical.

I saw that too. EWG gives avobenzone a 2. The oxybenzone is an 8. There's still definitely some other chemical junk in the ingredients so I wonder how the omission of oxy and parabens will change their rating from EWG compared to their older version.
I may be willing to make a compromise for the bottle that I leave at daycare. I want them to have something easy to apply and that won't break the bank if they waste it or use it on other kids.
