When gardening, what do you sit or kneel on?

I need something to keep my butt dry and clean plus comfortable. I usually sit vs kneel to garden. I see plenty of choices in b&m plus Amazon but would love some personal recommendations. Thanks!

I have knee pads that strap on to your knees. I only use them sometimes. I have old clothes I wear when gardening, as I'm going to get dirty. I just put up with dirt on the butt, come in and clean up when I'm done. There are some pads you can sit on, but I move around too much and annoying to have to move it all the time.
