Teeth Whitening

Any suggestions. I can't get into my dentist for several weeks and I drink way too much black tea. I'd like to try and lighten the stains if possible. I have problems with the strips staying on my bottom teeth.

I've been using regular peroxide as a mouthwash for awhile and ,therefore, have a super white smile. It's been a nice side benefit to such a cheap mouthwash as that wasn't the reason I started using it. Highly recommend it.

I have tried several of the OTC teeth whitening products and none of them work very well. I hear the only resolution is getting your teeth whitened at the dentist . Either that or stop drinking coffee or smoking.
