I'm completely embarassed to be writing this, but DD (3.5 years) has blackheads! I saw one under her eye a while back, and now there is one on her chin and on her chest. What, if anything, do I do? Her skin is pretty sensitive. I haven't seen any other reactions to the soap we use (J+J baby wash or Burt's Bees, sometimes Olay bar soap if she showers in our shower).
