Both of the above. If you sign up for Amazon clothes emails you can get a 20% off coupon which you can apply to tea collection clothes. If you wait to do this when prices are lower than usual you can get a pretty good deal. Tea Collection's website have interesting sales once in a while. The lowest I've seen is $15 for dresses and $10 for leggings on selected items. Sometimes they have a coupon that can be used on clearance items and you can get items for a bit cheaper but selection is usually pretty limited in that case. I'd say 20% (or the equivalent, e.g. $25 off if you buy for $125 worth of clothes etc) is usually what is floating around.

Best prices I have come across were during their end of summer sale in July 2012, where they had 40% off sale items. I bought dresses for $11.70 after the 40% off. Can't wait to put DD in them in a few weeks!
