We have the Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster; it's great, but DD is just too tall for it ... but she's too short to sit on her bum on a regular dining chair without something under her.

My SIL had one by Cooshee, but I can't find it in any stores ... and I may not be entirely sold on that one anyway.

Can you folks recommend one?

i'm ISO the same thing. i looked at this one on amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Prince-Lionheart-Soft-Booster-Seat/dp/B00029T4D8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367621664&sr=8-1&keywords=soft+booster+seat

gets better reviews then cooshee (and better price).

but yesterday i found a cooshee for $14 at the local consignment store, so i'm trying it. i will say, it doesn't slid on the chair at all and is a good height for (tiny) dd age 6. problem is there isnt' a good place to put her feet. honestly, i wish we had room for another tripp trapp...i'm so spoiled. you adjust seat and foot rest height independently and they fit perfectly.

We use Cooshee boosters occasionally and PP is right - they just don't slide around. Even on fabric. Easy to clean, too. We put a towel underneath to keep the chairs clean.

Thanks.

I'll see if I can find the Prince Lionheart in stores; if not, it'll be the Cooshee.

We have two Junior chairs from Ikea that I prefer to boosters. DS is almost 8 and still uses it.

I LOVE the URBAN chairs - we have and use the adult version at our formal dining table LOL. They are a really heavy-duty polyproylene and have rubber feet that aren't so grippy that the chairs are still super easy to use - and they cause NOT A SCRATCH on our wood floors. Our girls are constantly dragging the chairs from the dining room to the kitchen island to help with meal prep. If Grandma hasn't already bought the boosters, we totally would've bought those!

Sadly, I don't have room to store the chair that would be removed if we got DD one of these, but I might consider one for the ILs' place so we can break down the ANTILOP.

They'll need another chair for DD anyway, so it might work out.
