Thinking about getting a bubble machine, but the Amazon reviews of them are pretty discouraging. Are there any that are decent?

Thanks!

We have this Gazillion Bubble one. It works well, if you take care of it. We actually broke 2 and were able to exchange it. You CAN'T let the bubbles get inside the motor area. It's not as easy as it sounds because the thing is not very stable. We have to keep it out of reach of the kids when we use it. You also have to make sure you clean it after each use and make sure it's dry when stored. It works great with the Gazillion bubble solution, but not so much with the cheaper bubbles. We only paid $10 for it at Wal-mart and it sure beats having to blow bubbles for the kids! It produces A LOT of bubbles, we set it up when the kids play out front with neighbors and they all LOVE it!

Mr Mopps in Berkeley sells one that's really good. I don't know the brand but it's about $20 and a friend of ours has had hers for two years and it works well. Our junky one from Target hasn't worked well since day 1 - definitely skip Target!

I had one from the Wedding section of Walmart and it worked really well. I think it was about $20.
