I was asked to find a stroller to be used from newborn stage, doesn't have to be a travel system, but something lightish weight since they use mass transit on a regular basis.

Budget is $150

Used BJCM. I bought a new 2011 one for less than $175.

Maybe look for a good deal on a B-Agile.

This is the cheapest I could find. Maybe they have some coupons flying around?

If they have the time, and are buying for themselves, nobetterdeal has open box return b-agiles fairly frequently for under 150. The catch is that they'd pretty much have to stalk the site since only one posts at a time, and lots of people want 'em.

Once in a while, the item shows up in a completely unacceptable state, but their customer service tends to be really good.

A little more than her budget but at least i know baby will be in a really nice seat! Its missing the newborn insert though i think i have mine from ds otherwise i'll call chicco.
