YMMV but my Costco has $50 in gift cards for $40. I don't think all of the locations have them though so you might want to call first assuming you are a member!

sign up for their points program. What you pay for your party will give you enough points to come back later for free stuff.

We did this and got 2 $10 rewards vouchers emailed to us a few weeks later.
